Dr Ken is a Specialist Mental Health researcher with registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over three decades of working and researching the mechanisms that drive the intergenerational transmission of traumatic stress. He excells in working with people and families seeking to optimise and capitalise on their neurodivergence. Complimenting his own lived-experience of military service, Dr Ken has worked in military ex-service organisations & Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as Corrective Services, Child Safety, Aboriginal & Islander Services, Emergency, Rescue & Security Services, Education, Employment Services, Remote Rural Supports and Business Strategy and with international agencies.

Ken is on the Board of several mental health organisations where he contributes to the development and implementation of culturally relevant and meaningful services. He provides clinical supervision to local and international students across the mental health field.
